Payment must be completed before delivery of products.

Digital products are delivered via download link immediately after payment.

Physical kits are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from physical product purchases within 14 days.

⚠️ Digital products are excluded once download has started and the customer has agreed to waive withdrawal rights.

Physical products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
