After payment is successfully completed, customers receive access to download their purchased files via:

No physical item will be shipped for digital products.
Shipping Time
Delivery times depend on destination and shipping carrier and are estimated as follows:

Germany: 2–5 business days

EU countries: 5–14 business days

International (including USA, Canada, Australia, etc.): 10–60 business days
Please note that international shipping can occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance, postal disruptions, or seasonal demand.
