Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods

All Happy X Craft physical orders are shipped from Germany using Deutsche Post or other reliable international carriers.

Shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Options – Germany

Shipping Methods

Standard Letter Mail (with dispatch confirmation)
This option includes a dispatch confirmation, meaning the shipment can be tracked until it leaves Germany and is handed over for delivery to the destination region.
Please note that final delivery tracking is not available with this option.

Registered Letter / Tracked Shipping
This option includes a tracking number, allowing shipment tracking through most stages of delivery, depending on the carrier.

Estimated Delivery Time

Germany: 3–10 business days after shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal service conditions.

Important Tracking Notice

Tracking availability depends on the selected shipping method and destination.
Standard letter mail provides limited tracking information, while registered or tracked shipping offers more detailed tracking updates.

All domestic orders are shipped via Deutsche Post or affiliated carriers.

European Union

• Standard International Letter – may not include tracking
• Tracked International Parcel – includes tracking number

Estimated delivery time:
7–21 business days after shipping

United States, Canada & Overseas Destinations

• International Letter Mail – may not include tracking
• Tracked International Parcel – includes tracking number

Estimated delivery time:
10–60 business days after shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

Happy X Craft is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Happy X Craft has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping fees for resending.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.

Digital Products

All digital cross stitch patterns and downloadable products are delivered instantly after payment confirmation.

Customers receive:

• Download link on order confirmation page
• Download link via email

If you experience technical difficulties downloading your files, please contact us for assistance.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Returns & Refunds

Physical Products

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not possible once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

By completing a purchase, customers agree to immediate digital delivery and waive their right of withdrawal according to EU consumer law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
