Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital pattern downloads and digital files sold by Happy x craft are non-refundable and non-returnable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.
By purchasing a digital product, you agree that the download is made available immediately after payment and you waive your right of withdrawal according to EU consumer protection law (§356(5) BGB).

Physical Products
Refunds and returns are accepted only under the conditions described below.
Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving the item, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a refund:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
