Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days:

  • For physical goods: from the day you receive the goods

  • For digital products: before the download begins

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs from special delivery options).

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Returning Physical Goods

You must return the goods within 14 days after withdrawal.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective.

You are responsible for loss of value if goods were used beyond necessary inspection.

Digital Products Exception

The right of withdrawal expires for digital products once:

  • Download or access has started

  • The customer has expressly agreed to this
